The fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas open onto the entertaining living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light coming through the large windows and doors makes the whole villa very bright during the entire day. Retreat to four comfortable bedrooms, which feature 5☆-resort comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of adventuring throughout Naples. But wait! The best is yet to come! Step outside to the spacious and enclosed pool area equipped with luxury amenities for ultimate relaxation.

My name is Derek and my wife, my 5 year old son, 2 year old baby daughter and I love Naples Florida. I work full-time in Finance and I used to travel a lot for work! After spending countless nights in 5 star hotels around the world, I have come to understand what makes a guest extremely satisfied. We started DL Vacation Rentals 7 years ago and we own three other homes in Briarwood. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Options • Optional Pool heat is an additional $15/night from May 1-October 31, and $25/night Nov 1-April 30 • Optional Interim Cleaning $140 (3 Hours). Small dogs allowed with owner approval. Pet fee of $175/ dog.
