Briarwood is a pristine gated community located in the heart of Naples Florida with only a 10-minute drive to 5th Avenue and the beaches. Briarwood community amenities include 24-hour security, tennis court, pickleball courts, children’s play area, resort pool, lap pool, basketball court, volleyball court, restrooms, and recreational field. All these amenities are included with rentals at no additional charge.

Briarwood is very close to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, golf, shopping, banks, and boating. Marco Island, Bonita Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and the Everglades are all within an hour drive. Briarwood allows for rentals with a minimum length of one week subject to a community application fee which is included in all bookings. Tivoli Paradise, Tivoli Oasis, Tivoli Serenity, and Tropical Escape vacation rentals are all located in Briarwood while Tropical Oaks Estate is located outside of Briarwood and does not have access to it’s amenities.
