In addition, our guests can enjoy their own private pool/spa villa only 5 minutes from all that Naples has to offer. This villa has recently been extensively renovated. The renovations include: all new porcelain tiles floors, two renovated bathrooms with two new modern walk-in showers, marble/granite vanities, all new designer furniture, art, TVs, etc. Lastly, a complete pool and spa remodel with new pool furniture, color led pool lights, pool automation, salt water system, and much more!

Our villa is situated in the private gated community of Briarwood, about 6 Miles from 5th Avenue, the Naples beach and pier, the trendy Mercato area, Whole Foods, cinemas, galleries and museums, and is very convenient for accessing local supermarkets, banks, etc. Briarwood is a quiet, 24hr gated residential community, which has two further heated pools (resort & lap pools), tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts, soccer field, as well as a children’s play area. This villa is great for romantic getaways, family vacation, group vacations, golf weekends, etc.

The house is also very high tech, with wall mounted 4K TVs in every bedroom, giant 70″ Samsung 4k TV in the great room, , smart thermostat, pool automation, indoor and outdoor stereo system

The gourmet kitchen, with newly installed granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped with all necessities to cook almost anything, including plenty appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (with filtered water and ice machine built in), a Keurig coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Nespresso. The dining area has a new wood table that seat six diners comfortably. The villa boasts upgraded designer fans in all rooms.
