Briarwood is extremely popular because it is such a well taken care of community and the landscaping is exquisite. It is also one of the few gated communities in Naples that allow weekly rentals.
24-Hour Security and Gated Community
Briarwood is extremely safe. However, it does benefit from a 24-hour manned security gatehouse. In addition, there is a neighborhood watch vehicle.
Community Facilities
Briarwood vacation renters have full access to the community facilities. Just a short walk or bike ride from the houses. Fun for the whole family. Pools, Tennis/Pickleball, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Play-structure, washrooms, water fountain.
Tennis/Pickle-Ball Courts
The two tennis courts were recently refinished and now have Pickle-ball lines and net braces. They are always available for renters to use! We have tennis racquets, pickle-ball racquets and balls.
Heated Community Resort and Lap Pools
Geo-thermally heated, these pools are great for relaxing or swimming laps
Children's Playground
The play structure is great for small children. It is relatively new. There is also a swing set. Located closet to community washrooms for added convenience
Beach VolleyBall
Fun for the whole family. These beach volleyball courts are a lot of fun. We have great beach volleyballs at each house. Practice here and then bring your skills to Naples Beach where there are two free courts located adjacent to the pier.
Basketball Court
Newly refinished basketball court is fun for the whole family. We have nice basketballs at the house.
